Project Description:
We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced developer or development team to build a complete BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) based mobile application solution. The project includes the development of:
User App
Vendor App
Admin Panel (Web-based)
The app must integrate with NPCI’s BBPS APIs either directly or via authorized BBPS aggregators/partners. It should provide smooth, fast, and secure payment services to both end-users and vendors.
Modules Required:
1. User App (Android First Phase):
OTP-based login/registration
Dashboard with bill payment & recharge categories
Services: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Landline, Mobile Postpaid, DTH, Insurance, Loan EMI, Education Fees, etc.
UPI/Wallet Integration
Real-time transaction status & receipt download
BBPS reference number
Transaction history
Push notifications and alerts
Support/Help section
2. Vendor App:
Vendor login/registration (KYC option preferred)
Bill payment & recharge services for customers
Real-time commission tracking
Wallet balance management
Transaction reports
Customer invoice generation
Earnings summary
Support & contact section
Push notifications (commission received, payment success, etc.)
3. Admin Panel (Web-based):
Dashboard with total users, vendors, transactions
User & vendor management
BBPS service category control (enable/disable)
Commission setup per service (user/vendor wise)
Transaction logs and filters
Wallet & fund management
Reports: Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Notifications & announcements
Support ticket management
Role-based access (admin/sub-admin)
Technology Stack (Preferred):
Frontend: Flutter / React Native (for cross-platform support)
Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Django / PHP
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
Admin Panel: React.js / Bootstrap / Laravel Blade
Secure API integration and encryption standards (JWT, SSL)
Budget Range:
₹30,000 to ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience and final feature list)
Timeline:
15 to 20days (Milestone-based delivery expected)
Requirements from Freelancer/Team:
Prior experience with BBPS, AEPS, Recharge portals, or fintech projects is a must
Must guide on BBPS aggregator onboarding/integration
End-to-end solution: design, development, testing, deployment
Post-launch support (for at least 1 month)
Source code with documentation to be delivered
