Automated Business Lending Mobile App
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for app creation for IOS and Android systems, we are business loan brokers for various products: merchant cash advance, working capital line of credit & term loans, sba loans, commercial real estate loans - owner-occupied, investor, fix & flip, etc.
We are researching and collecting quotes on the workflow project indicated below:
1) The app would be connected (via api integration, or other sorts) to various funding companies that would directly fund the loan request, our app would act as intermediary, as the client inputs the request, our app would speak to the funding companies to indicate, approval, counter-offer, or decline. Then the workflow of the app would walk client through to credit request closing. All of this automated. The app would also have the client accept our brokerage fee before closing.
We want the app to be professional, bright, clean, and extremely user-friendly. We also would like for the app to provide subscription based revenue options for us, via, credit monitoring for the client. We are also open to other ideas as to monetize
