Automate webview android

I need a developer who has understanding of chromium source code to automate getting webview data on an android device. When we turn on developer mode with adb on and type "chrome:inspect" on chrome, every webview opened in android app (like mobile chrome browser itself or the fb, tiktok app) will be shown. I need a way to automatically get those url and put other code if needed in the console.
