Auto Service Center Status Tracker App / Power App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Create an app using Power App to track cars in a service center. I want a table with the following fields:
* Customer Name (optional)
* Phone Number (optional)
* Car Plate Number (required)
* Car Model (required, dropdown: Dashing, X70, X90, X50, T2, T1)
* Color (required, dropdown: Black, White, Sand, Matte Gray, Silver, Blue, Others)
* Service Type (required, dropdown: 5K, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K, 50K, 60K, 70K, 80K, 90K, 100K)
* Current Status (required, dropdown: Checked In, In Inspection, Waiting for Parts, In Service, Washing, Ready for Pickup, Delivered)
* Last Updated Time (auto-filled whenever status changes)
* Staff Comments (optional text field for internal notes)
I want the app to:
* Allow staff to easily update the Current Status with one tap or dropdown
* Show all cars grouped by their Current Status
* Have a filter to show cars by any selected status
* Display a visual warning (like a red icon or color) for cars that have not been updated in over 2 hours
* Automatically show a notification inside the app to staff when a car's status is updated to "Ready for Pickup"
[Add for each service a timeframe. So 5k is 1 hour, 10k 2 hours, 20k 2 hours, 30k 2 hours, 40k 4 hours, 50k 2 hours, 60k 2 hours, 70k 2 hours, 80k 4 hours, 90k 2 hours, 100k 2 hours. When car enters system it sends client your car is received and shall be completed within "2 hours" for example. Also, when car changes status it should notify customer automatically]. I need something to be ready quickly for iOS and android.
