Augmented reality apps

we are looking for freelancer to build AR apps, it will be mobile devise base, after scanning the QR code provided by us, download the apps and can see the cartoon character images of self or the around the object/subject. Art asset will be provided by us. pls send us the estimate cost and leadtime. It will be 5 different cartoon characters
