1. App should be developed for android and ios devices.
2. By reading the QR code, it will play the video uploaded for that code.
3. Contents will be dynamic. Therefore, it must contain a database
4. It must have an admin panel; Members, QR codes belonging to members and videos linked to those codes should be listed.
5. The camera should work automatically to read the QR code when the app is run.
6. By logging in, the member should be able to see the videos linked to them with their own QR codes.
