AudioCodes SBC Omni-Channel Configuration

I have an AudioCodes Mediant 2600 SBC that is still on its default settings and must be prepared for an upcoming omni-channel roll-out. The goal is to transform it into a production-ready edge device that can handle multiple real-time media streams and interconnect seamlessly with the rest of my communications stack.

What I expect from you
• A clean, secure base configuration built on the latest recommended firmware
• Proper SIP trunk registration and routing logic for inbound-outbound traffic
• Policy, codec and transcoding rules that support voice today and leave room for messaging or video tomorrow
• TLS/SRTP certificates installed and tested end-to-end
• Comprehensive validation: Wireshark or Syslog traces, call-flow screenshots and a short hand-over document so I can maintain it afterwards

Remote access to the device and any upstream systems will be provided. If you have hands-on experience with the Mediant family and can deliver the above items quickly and accurately, let’s get started.
