Audio Transmiter using mobile app to esp8266

I am looking for somebody to develop an audio Transmitter by using a mobile application and ESP8266. The audio input required should be a microphone, and the mobile app should be functional with the Android operating system. The WiFi module that should be used is the ESP8266. This project should include the design and development of the audio transmitter, the mobile app, and the integration of the components.
