Athletic Tournament App Development

I am looking for a Freelancer to develop an Athletic Tournament App. This app needs to be built for both iOS and Android platforms. It should include key features such as Live Team Schedules, Live Scoring, and Tournament Brackets. We have no preference as to the technology stack or language used in developing the app. This app would be very similar to the app "Tourney Machine" (Screenshots of that app attached below). The ideal candidate for this project has experience developing mobile applications and a successful track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
