Athletes and Coaches Training Diary -- 2

I would like to have an IOS and Android app that will connect myself as a coach to the athlete. I will send the training plan to the athletes and they will receive it and they will confirm that they were able to do it or they can modify it.
There will be also graphs weekly monthly and yearly based on the training hours, intensity and type
