I need a functional prototype of Devina, a personal AI assistant app, for both iOS and Android within 5 working days using AI-assisted development.

Core Features:
- Chat with user-selected LLMs (OpenAI GPT, other LLMs via API)
- Send/receive Telegram messages
- Voice integration with Siri and Google Assistant
- Read/store user preferences in local JSON
- Provide spoken responses via voice assistants when phone is locked

Ideal Skills and Experience:
