Arabic & English Mobile App Development

I have the Figma design files ready, which I'd like you to transform into a fully functional mobile application. The app should support both Arabic and English languages, and should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. App should be in Flutter and firebase. Key features that should be included in the app are:

- User Account Creation and Management: The app should have a system for users to create accounts, log in, and manage their profiles.
- In-App Purchases: There should be a feature that allows users to make purchases within the app.
- Push Notifications: The app should be able to send push notifications to users.
- Dashboard: A user-friendly, interactive dashboard to provide users with an overview of their activities and options.
