Application reskin and development

I want to reskin my application on
IOS/ANDROID/Hawaii

I have two apps
1-client (110 screens)
2-drivers (80screens)

Requirements:
1-Reskin app on IOS/Android/Hawaii(200 screen or less)
2-Get 3 to 5 developers working on it
3-Map function edit and improve speed
4-get the job done in less than 10 days
5-App needs to be fully functional and ready
6-Tested and maintenance always there
7-backend PHP experienced
8-app has two languages Arabic/English its in the app
9-fix all bugs
