Application to generate customer receipt after a purchase

Requirement:
REQ1 : The stores must be registered in the backend, each store must be registered as a service.
REQ2 : The store must have a scanning facility to allow the customer to scan his barcode at the end of each run.
REQ2 : A customer must have the application on his phone. At the end of each trip, the customer opens the application, selects the store, scans the barcode and then the receipt is sent to the customer on the application.
