Application for Smart TV

Hope you are doing well these difficulties time,

I work for a company that oeprate in IPTV/OTT. We are using Minerva and Stalker Infomir as Middleware.

Is it possible to discuss the possibility to build apk for Smart TV (Tizen, WebOSS etc)?
