Application for Online coaching

I'm looking to create an application for online coaching, specifically for the Android platform. I'm open to suggestions with regards to specific features, so if you have great ideas to suggest, please let me know. As for timeline, I'm "time-sensitive" and would like the project to be completed within 1-2 weeks.
