Application for LMS botu iOS and Android

We are looking for a skilled software developer to develop a Learning Management System (LMS) app for both iOS and Android. We require the app to include functionalities for course management as well as user authentication. We also need the app to be integrated with a new platform, but no other integration is necessary. We have limited time to complete the app so we need it within shortest time. The successful bidder must be experienced in developing apps for iOS and Android, designing user interfaces and integrating data systems. They should also be able to provide customer support and maintenance for the app if necessary.
