Application Developer

I'm looking to hire an experienced application developer to create a mobile app that can be used on both iOS and Android platforms. The design of the app is open to suggestions, however the main purpose is to provide an E-Commerce service. The application must meet legal requirements, be secure and reliable, with attractive and easy to use interfaces. I am looking for someone who is able to provide an end-to-end solution, from development to final delivery. If successful, there may be an opportunity to continue to collaborate on the project in order to maintain and update the application.
