I am looking for a developer to create a utility application for both iOS and Android platforms. While I have some general ideas in mind for the features and functionalities, I am open to suggestions from the developer. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing utility applications for both platforms and have a thorough understanding of the development process. Additionally, familiarity with app store guidelines and submission processes is a plus.
