Appium Setup for Multi-Version Android/iOS Testing in MacOS

I'm seeking an expert in mobile application testing environments who can install and set up Appium on my MacOS system. The project will involve supporting both Android and iOS apps.

- Provide Support for Multiple Android Versions: The setup should allow testing across multiple Android versions.

- Assist in AVD Setup: I currently lack Android Virtual Devices for testing, so I require assistance in setting them up as necessary.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Appium, MacOS, Android Virtual Devices, and mobile app testing across various Android versions. They must also be able to guide me through the setup process and be comfortable working with both Android and iOS applications.
