App with Expo - React Native -- 2

I need to create an app, similar to an existing one, with Expo managed workflow - React Native. I hired a developer but he wasn't unable to complete the project and delayed it. The app will download files from Firebase Storage and need to be multilanguage. App will be created for iOS and Android.

I will share code of previous developer, if can help
