App update and hosting

Update required for a cross-platform mobile app (developed with Appcelerator Titanium) to provide a platform for buying and selling agricultural produce. App was uploaded to the Google Play Store but has now been removed because it needs to be updated. The app also needs to be refreshed to make it look better, work better and have its backend set up for hosting to collect and manage user data/activities.
The app has the following features:
1) Buyer and seller profiles. Users should be able to log on using other social media platforms like Facebook and Google+
2) Ability to take pictures through the app and post
3) Chatting functionality - User to User, and group chats
4) Location awareness
5) User rating capability
6) Web application back-end to coordinate user activities
