App para convertir CSV a Tarjetas Wallet

I am looking for a mobile application that can convert CSV files into Wallet Cards for both iOS and Android devices. The main functionality I require from this app includes:
- Customizable Card Design: The app should allow the user to customize the design of each generated Wallet Card.
- Push Notifications: The app should have the capability to send push notifications for any updates or changes to the generated Wallet Cards.
The Wallet Cards generated from the CSV files should contain the following information:
- Cardholder's Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- Security Code
- Initial Certificate Date
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android, familiarity with Wallet Card technology, and an understanding of CSV files and data conversion. A keen eye for design and experience with push notifications would be a plus.
