App movil de reconocimiento de imagen

hola muy buenos dias lo que pasa es que estoy buscando a alguien que haga una app de reconocimiento de imagen, la idea es agregar una imagen a una base de datos y relacionarla a un archivo de audio de manera que cuando la imagen sea escaneada por la app se reproduzca el archivo de audio espero me respondas rapido muchas gracias

tengo una de referencia se llama soundwaveart app. ellos tienen un sistema que escanea ondas de sonido y las reproduce pero yo no quiero eso yo solo quiero que la camara haga un escaner de la imagen y automaticamen se reproduzca un archivo de audio. tanto la imagen como el archivo de audio solo seran cargados a la base de datos solo por mi las demas personas lo unico que van a poder hacer es escanear la imagen para que se reproduzca el archivo de audio, la app solo tiene una pantalla de inicio que es una camara
