App mobile phone

I am looking to create a mobile app that will work on both the Android and iOS platforms. The app will be a tourist app, focused on serving as a guide for those interested in points of interest and activities. As such, it should include content sharing options for users to share their experiences to social networks, such as photos, videos, reviews and other information. Furthermore, it should also have a friendly Map Interface to help the user navigate and locate the points of interest and activities. I am hopeful to find an experienced freelancer who can help build such an app that meets my objectives.
