I am looking for a skilled developer to create an app similar to Swiggy. The app should have the following features:

- Ratings and reviews: Users should be able to rate and review restaurants and their food.
- Compatibility: The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
- Budget: I have a specific budget in mind for this project.
- mostly focus on take way and dining option
- I need both user app and admin app & website ( admin for restaurant & supper admin for company )
- this app only have feature like take away and dining, no delivery feature.
