App for selling/purchasing of automobiles

I require an android App for now.
The seller will login and enter the details about their vehicle along with their photos.
Buyer will login in the same app, choose the best vehicle in their budget and can directly contact the seller from the app.
A dashboard where I can see:
All the login customer data
Seller vehicle details
Vehicle with categories, brand, models.
For support and marketing, whatsapp business integration need to be done. So, we can send bulk messages in case of new vehicle loaded to the buyer customers and they can contact through whatsapp chat.
