App for rent cars

I'm looking to develop an app for renting cars that is compatible with iOS and Android platforms. This app will include a GPS tracking system so users can keep track of their car rentals. Additionally, there will be a booking and payment system as well as car selection and specification features. I have existing designs for the app, so everything should be ready to go and I'm just looking for a developer who can bring the project to life.
