App for car rental

Software for tracking individual car history for car rental business
Interface: Windows, Mac(all Apple products), Android compatibility
Brief: Software should have an admin privileged(which I will control) with access to most features in back-end. From the admin I should be able to give limited access to users which I can invite to sign-up via email. In short users profile will be admin(me), Mr Z(person invited with limited access).
The software interface shall open on the tablet, phone of Mr Z and parallel on the office PC of the admin privilege. A cloud system would be needed to synchronize the both devices in real time.
Limited access(selected users: delivery persons, drivers)
• The software on limited access side shall only have one interface. A daily task interface. From there the user can select a specific date and see task assigned to him on that date. Each task can be completed in any order he wants a depending on situations. From his side he can edit each task by adding details below or mark it as job done when completed.
• Details he can add: Car mileage, Minor wear and tears, upload photos of cars, Predelivery checklist( I will define it later one. It will be radio button options), comments if any. Once it is marked as job done the whole lot is synchronized on the main cloud.
Full access(admin privilege)
• Should have several interface.
Home where I see all users and their details, Google location of user from the tablet/phone google live location(tablet or phone equipped with internet services), All cars section(can be grouped by make).
• On each car listing the cumulative mileages should add up from and a total should be monitored( I will set my limits for each car) when it reaches a value, the software should notify me via a push email for specific warning like( time for servicing, change tires, wipers, etc)
• On same car listing an other monitor would be monitoring of insurance, road tax and fitness dates and notify accordingly to admin email.

• Create new car listings
• Assign daily jobs to Mr Z, same should appear in home page in time chronology for daily task. Creation of each daily task would be done by admin, where he can add date of task, clients details( name, phone number, country of origin, local address, pickup and drop off details, amount to be paid. The software should be able to arrange in it time chronology order and display
