App for School Communication

I am looking for a developer to create an app for school communication that will be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The main feature of the app should be a messaging system. In addition, I have a 35 weeks curriculum with clearly designed daily activities. I want that once a class is created on the app by the school and enter a start date, it should automatically prepare the schedule accordingly. In addition, whenever the school marks a day off or holidays break, it should change and update the schedule accordingly.

My schedule has clearly prep-planned daily homework activities, so accordingly every after the class, it should send an alert on the app to the parent about what home work is supposed to be done.

As a back end, the system should allow more than one user to access the class such as: Admin, Class Teacher, Subject 1 Teacher, ex.. and each user can send a message about their subject.

I also want a feature, where the teacher can send pics to individual student account.

I do not have a specific design or layout in mind, so I am open to suggestions.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Experience in developing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Proficiency in implementing messaging systems
- Strong design and UX/UI skills
- Ability to provide creative suggestions for the app's design and layout
