App for IOS and Android

i want a travel app that has offers and discount of all venues around the city, built in maps, custom logins for clients and payment systems. Also i want people to track their spending on their offers and show how much they saved money while using our apps. I want the app to be easy to use, generate specific codes and bar codes for each offer a venue(restaurant, gym etc) provides. i want to create log in with instagram or facebook inside the app as well as emails etc.
