App development, revenue share basis

I am looking to develop a mobile app that will work across both iOS and Android platforms. I'm unsure of what type of app I'm looking to create, but I'm open to suggestions. I do plan on monetizing the app in some way, however I'm open to exploring different options, such as in-app purchases, ads or subscription fees. The app developer will receive a revenue share from the app proceeds.
