App development

I am looking for someone to develop an app for both iOS and Android platforms. Initially, I'm not sure whether or not to incorporate user authentication, but this could be discussed further depending on the outcome. Ideally, I'd like for the app to be developed within a three month timeframe. The right candidate should have the technical experience to develop the app to my specifications, within the timeline that I have outlined.
