App custom starting from model: expert team required

I am looking for an expert team to create a custom social media app starting with a specific model that I have in mind we have app model. The focus of the project will be on customizing the app's features and functionality to meet my specific needs. I am open to suggestions regarding design and branding, but the main priority will be on creating a highly functional and user-friendly platform.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing social media apps - GOOGLE POLICY PLAY STORE ANDROID
- Strong knowledge of app customization and feature development ANDROID
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand and meet their specific needs
