App based on IOT

I'm looking for someone to develop an app for both iOS and Android platforms based on Internet of Things (IoT). The app will primarily be used to control home appliances remotely through the IoT device it is connected to. I am open to suggestions as to the design of the app so the chosen developer is given free reign to come up with an innovative and creative idea for its interface.
