App backend developer needed in Node JS, who can make APIs fro react-native app front-end

I need as delivered :

1. Android App, launched on - Google PLaystore ( react native )
2. iOS app, launched on iOS market ( react native )
3. Website ( in any platform front-end ) , in synchronization with, App ( same user records & same features a in App. I have theme in - Bootstrap ready to start this website )

Features agreed : ( for Android & iOS App)

Form with Email verify & oAuth ( Google, FB, LinkedIN ) based Signup
Mobile OTP based Login, alongwith normal Login
Backend as per need
Admin Panel as per Wireframes ( will be provided )
App modules in 3 phases, which roughly comprises of :
Video uploads with tagging & needed parameters
Video viewing & responding by Users
3 response methods,as in APP UI ( Video recording & upload, Audio recording & upload, Typing text )
All images & data coming through Back-end in App
Speech to text API coding & Training ML Models ( Phase-1 will use Google Speech to Text & Vice versa API )
Calculating result, as per algorithm provided
User dashboard, with needed features as in APP UI, with Timeline, notification, leaderboard, Job suggestions etc
