App Scanning & Screen Time Tracker

I'm looking for a skilled mobile app developer to create an iOS/Android application that can:

- Scan all installed apps on the device and apk files available in phone.
- Collect detailed information about these apps, such as app name, version, installation date, and usage frequency
- Monitor screen time, including total time spent per day and time spent on each app
- scan photos and show all the photos which are in army's uniform.

This project requires a strong understanding of mobile app development and experience with creating similar applications. The ideal freelancer should be able to deliver a user-friendly and efficient app.
