App Needed (Interactive Avatar)

Need an app for an interactive avatar which performs certain actions based on input. To be considered for this project you must have vast experience in app development using gesture, gyroscope and other sensors in android/IOS devices and be ready to demonstrate your work.

Example the avatar must be able to wave on demand.
