**About the Role:**
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile & Web Tester (Fixed Rate Contract) to join us for the duration of our current project (estimated end date: [Target Completion Date]). As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Groom app across web, Android, and iOS platforms. This is a fixed rate contract, not hourly.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with developers using tools like Clickup to understand upcoming features and functionalities for both customer requests and provider responses.
* Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web, Android, and iOS versions of the Groom app, focusing on seamless integration with existing booking platforms.
* Identify and report bugs across all platforms, including functionality, usability, and UI/UX issues, utilizing screenshots and screen recording tools.
* Leverage Figma designs and other relevant assets to ensure visual fidelity across platforms.
* Provide clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports with steps to replicate.
* Work effectively with the development team to resolve bugs and ensure timely fixes.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile and web testing practices.
