App Development by using reverse engineering

I'm looking for an experienced app developer who can reverse engineer an existing app for Android and Windows. The primary goal of this project is to enhance the performance of the existing app and implement some new features that we require.

The app is an online contract management software which extract data from the customer website (most likely by using crawlers) and stores the data to the server.

- Reverse engineering of an existing app for Android and Windows.
- Implementing new features based on our requirement.

The selected freelancer should be able to optimise the data extraction from web crawler which the app use.

The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong experience in Android and Windows app development
- Proficiency in reverse engineering appa.
- Prior experience with web crawler data extraction is preferable.
