Financial & Tax Setup
If you are selling a "Paid" app or using In-App Purchases:
Banking: You must link a bank account and provide tax information (a U.S. tax form is mandatory for all Apple developers).
Commerce Laws: In regions like the Philippines, the Internet Transactions Act requires online merchants to be registered with local authorities (e.g., DTI or SEC) and issue official receipts.
We might not sell into certain countries that require too much. One example is Philippines where I live as an American Citizen.
* App must have ways to pay. I do not think we need credit cards but I am not sure. There is many ways buyers of the app can pay. We will figure this out.

It is BEST if you have ALREADY DONE all to have an app selling on Google Play and Apple
