I am a person with hard of hearing and The issue here I owned an old Pixel 3A XL device and there is a very useful option on the live caption for hard of hearing and deaf people can easily communicate via phone call with normal people via text called Caption calls.(Android 10 & 11 does have Live caption for calls options only available on Pixel devices)
Recently, I and my friend bought Oneplus 7T Pro and we expected the Oneplus oxygen OS phone with recent Android 10 OR 11 the provide the same live caption settings as Pixel OS(Android). However, there is no option on our phone called Caption calls in Live caption settings.
For now, I can't use my new phone without this option because of my hard of hearing and This is a very important option needed to be added to Oneplus OS.
I have reached to the Google developer team and they told me that the live caption for calls option is available for any android 10 OR 11 devices but the OEM need to enable it. Therefore, I have contacted with OnePlus Developer team and they did not respond to me within 9 months now.

There is App Called Google Live Transcribe that display live text via Microphone voice only in Many languages including English and Arabic. However, They didn't work with phone calls and the live text script shows only inside the app not pop up like you saw on the example video.

My plan here is to start making a small App Like (google Live Transcribe) that show a live script via Phone Calls instead of a voice microphone and I am focusing only on English and Arabia text script. Also, the live script text will be pop up on the screen during the calls like an example you have seen on a youtube video. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5JQku_MZeA&ab_channel=TahirSY)
