App Backend Migration + Android/iOS Rebuild (Git + Firebase) – Technical Support Needed

Hi,
I’m looking for a skilled developer to assist with the migration of a mobile app backend and the recompilation of Android and iOS apps.

The project was previously managed by another developer. I'm an agency handling the project transition and need technical support for this migration.

Project Scope:
1. Backend Migration

The backend source code is hosted on a Git repository (to be shared after NDA).

You will need to:

Clone the repo

Set up the backend on a new server (we can use your recommendation or ours)

Configure environment variables (.env)

Ensure all APIs are working correctly after deployment

2. Firebase Setup

The Firebase project is already active.

I need help:

Verifying correct Firebase configurations (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.)

Linking the project to a new Google Cloud billing account (can guide here)

Making sure everything runs properly after backend migration

3. App Rebuild

Rebuild both Android (.AAB) and iOS (.IPA) packages

Replace API endpoints if needed (from old to new server)

Ensure the apps work smoothly with the new backend

Deliver the signed build files ready for upload to Play Store & App Store

4. Final Testing

Help test major flows: login, data sync, push notifications

Debug and fix any issues if they arise

Requirements:
Experience with backend deployments (Node.js, Laravel, or similar)

Comfortable with Git, Firebase, Android Studio, Xcode

Able to deliver clean, working builds and documentation

Good English communication and reliability
