App Android - IOS. Digital Metronome with vibration.

I am a dance teacher and I need an APP that acts as a digital metronome, using the vibration system of the devices, for helping my students to understand the rhythms of songs.
The main idea is to create a shared metronome using the Bluetooth and the vibration of the mobile devices.
The Main Device creates a vibration pattern, touching the screen 3 times in a row. This constant Pattern is transmitted by Bluetooth to the other devices making them vibrate.
Due to possible time lags, the app must be able to stop the pattern to create a new one.
