Apartment & Car Rental App Development

I need a comprehensive mobile application for my established apartment and car rental business, to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

The app should include:

- Payment processing
- User reviews

Additionally, I may need a separate login system for clients and admins, but I'm not sure yet.
