Android xml screen creation

Looking to have created a functional xml screen to track emotions. It will be a pop up screen with 6 icons for the emotions and a comment section underneath the icons titled what’s happening? and a save button. Screen can also be X out of. Emotions will be titled in different colors and when clicked, icon will turn the label color.

I will provide the 6 emotion icons. I will need this screen in 4hrs at the most as this is urgent.
