Android rich text editor scrolling issue

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in Android. I have got a problem with my project as when I type the text in the rich text editor of the webview and when I hit the enter button of the keyboard to go to a new line, the text in the rich text editor are moving up and down. Everytime I hit the enter button the text are moving up and down. I tried to find out what the problem is and I used "getSettings().setUseWideViewPort(true)" which it helps but I cant see the text when I hit on the enter button of the button. The problem is something to do with scrollbar in the webview but I dont know what caused it. I want you to have a look to find out why it have caused it and fix the problem.
