Android push notification issue

I'm looking to hire a talented freelancer to help me solve an issue with Android push notifications on my app. The application is built in Ionic. The specific issue is related to troubleshooting current notifications issues. I already have some error messages describing the issue, so I need someone who can use this information to pinpoint what is going wrong and provide an effective solution. Additionally, It is happening only in Android 13 and higher versions. When the app receives the push notification it gets crashed.
