Android native developer with BLE beacons

We looking for a native android developer that has experience with BLE beacons to develop an app that can scan nearby beacons in a range maximum of 4 to 5 meters and show a table with the beacons list and estimated distance for each beacon.
This project will be more complicated and extended if the developer provides professional work with clean code.
