Android multivendor e-commerce app

We are looking to develop an Andorid application. Please find some general info about it below, and we will need have a longer consultation with any serious candidates. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, please mention if you have built anything similar and provide a link to the app if possible.

Overview:
The web and Android app will be like Amazon, including push notifications, cart etc. but it needs to be completely mobile friendly.
Registrants need to be able to easily register, pay to subscribe, upload products, their pictures, their weight per unit, and update price seamlessly through their phones. The app would need to be able to easily upload pictures and video.
Payment gateways should accommodate payment directions for Registrant to Platform (PayPal), Customer to Platform (PayPal), and Platform to Registrants (Interswitch). Like Freelancer, the user funds the order, the platform holds it, then later releases it accordingly.
The delivery protocol will be custom. I will provide the guidelines for the algorithm but it will also include geo tracking and updates. Rate and review for the products, the delivery and the platform.
Later, we are looking to do an IOS version. Just Android and web for now
